Experience Africa
like few people ever do! Global Alliance for Africa arranges unique
educational safaris to Kenya and Tanzania for universities, nurses, high
school teachers, churches, and other various groups interested in
learning more about the continent of Africa and its people. Our trips
are uniquely designed and customized to meet the interests and needs of
each group, and always include an educational component of development
work, as well as a visit to one of our local African partners with whom
we work to provide care and support to orphans and vulnerable children
affected by HIV/AIDS. Our personal and professional contacts enable us
to make your trip one of the most uniquely educational and enjoyable
journeys of your life.
A recent art trip
itinerary included visits to various artists in Kenya and Tanzania,
participation in an art therapy camp for orphans and vulnerable
children, a safari in Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most beautiful
places to see lions, hippos, and rhinos in the world, and a journey to
Zanzibar, enabling trip participants to savor the food, music and
atmosphere of Swahili culture.
Our trips are
inexpensive, safe, escorted by Global Alliance staff, and guaranteed to
provide you with a life-altering experience. Educational safaris are
normally 10-days to 2 weeks in length and arranged for 8 – 12
individuals. Depending on the time of year you want to travel, and the
type of accommodations you prefer, our all-inclusive trip costs to Kenya
and/or Tanzania range from $4,000.00 to $8,900.00 per person (including
air fare from major cities across the United States).
