Global Alliance for Africa invites you to join us and Loyola University Students and Faculty for the Loyola AIDS Walk. All proceeds will benefit Global Alliance for Africa's HIV/AIDS programs for orphans and vulnerable children.
The AIDS Foundation of Chicago's AIDS Run & Walk is an annual tradition for Loyola University Chicago. It is their first major campus-wide community service event of the year. However, this year the AIDS Run & Walk Chicago conflicts with Loyola’s fall break. Therefore, Loyola has developed its own AIDS Walk.
Global Alliance needs your support! We encourage you to participate in the Loyola AIDS walk by joining the Global Alliance for Africa team!
When: Saturday, September 12, 2009
Check-in 9 a.m. - Walk begins at 10 a.m.
Where: Loyola's Halas Field, Lakeshore Campus
Fee: $25 for GAA Participants (Loyola Non-Affiliates)
The AIDS Walk will include breakfast snacks as well as a light lunch and entertainment following the event.
